BREAKING: Donald Trump Just Announced His Pick for Attorney General – Hillary’s Worst Nightmare!
Donald Trump has made yet another announcement that will dismay Democrats across the country, and that is his choice for Attorney General. Trump tweeted that his pick for Attorney General is South Carolina conservative Rep.
Trey Gowdy, who currently chairs the U.S. House of Representative’s Select Committee on Benghazi.
Gowdy has been a constant thorn in the Obama administration’s side, and has exposed the White House’s incompetence on everything from amnesty to IRS abuses to the illegal deletion of Clinton’s emails.
Trump’s tweet read, “@HillaryClinton’s toast. Dems had better get the”B Team” off the bench. @TGowdySC for Attorney General under President Trump.” This tweet came right on the heels of an announcement that Trump would want Sarah Palin on his Cabinet.

Space Fence Program Takes the War on Consciousness to the Heavens Lucas Dare, Staff Writer
Waking Times
“The key idea for the space fence is about surveillance beyond comprehension, all the way down to the DNA.” ~Elana Freeland
Lockheed Martin, one of the world’s largest military industrial contractors, is leading the development of a ‘space fence‘ to surround planet earth with a new breed of high frequency satellite communications. The ostensible purpose is to provide the U.S. Air Force with the ability to identify and track objects and ‘space junk,’ and to detect space events, however, the system will also provide an unprecedented level of surveillance over the entire planet.
“Construction is underway on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands to build Space Fence, a sophisticated system that will dramatically improve the way the U.S. Air Force identifies and tracks objects in space.
Space Fence will use Gallium Nitride (GaN) powered S-band ground-based radars to provide the Air Force with uncued detection, tracking and accurate measurement of space objects, primarily in low-earth orbit.
The locations and higher wave frequency of the new Space Fence radars will permit the detection of much smaller microsatellites and debris than current systems. Additionally, Lockheed Martin’s Space Fence design will significantly improve the timeliness with which operators can detect space events, which could present potential threats to GPS satellites or the International Space Station. The flexibility and sensitivity of the system will provide coverage of deep space geosynchronous orbits while maintaining the surveillance fence.”
A promotional video from Lockheed Martin touts the benefits and capabilities of the space fence:
Version 1.0 of the space fence, dubbed Air Force Space Surveillance System, went live in 1961 and came offline in 2013 in preparation for the new version, which will be able, ‘use S-band radar and will track a larger number of small objects than previous space radars: “about 200,000 objects and make 1.5 million observations per day, about 10 times the number” made by existing or recently retired US assets.“‘
Hidden Intent
Truthful information, not marketing propaganda, is as always difficult to come by when examining military industrial projects, however to some, the space fence is more than a complex system to keep us safe in space, and technology of this nature and power represents an extreme escalation in the war on the individual and the war on consciousness.
Elana Freeland, investigative journalist and author of Chemtrails, HAARP, and the Full Spectrum Dominance of Planet Earth, is publishing a new book in 2017 entitled, The Space Fence, which combines her knowledge of covert technologies and the frequency war on planet earth with specific information related to the space fence project. Her analysis leads to the conclusion that this project is part of a web of technologies being put into place to monitor, surveil and influence humans on a mass and on an individual scale, with the intention of creating a high-frequency prison of sorts, which will affect human behavior and consciousness in a way that benefits the aims of the world’s ruling elite.
The space fence is precisely the type of technology needed to bring human consciousness under full control in a new kind of government, the technocracy. According to journalist Jon Rappoport, this is the realization of the dark vision for humanity as described by Aldous Huxley in Brave New World. Rappoport remarks:
“Every time I read Brave New World I see complacent animals grazing in pastures. That’s the picture. Human animals at peace in the fields. Nothing to care about. Nothing to think about. Just bend and chew. Don’t worry, be happy.
Brave New World reveals a landscape in which people would be unable to turn around and throw off what has been done to them. They would not consider it. They would have no basis for comparison. They would have no cultural memory.
They are living in a universal super-welfare state. Their needs are satisfied—especially the central need: pleasure. It isn’t gained or worked for. It’s given. It’s a fact as basic as rain and sun. It’s there. It’s the shortest distance between the present moment and the next moment.” ~Jon Rappoport
READ: 60 Years Ago Aldous Huxley Predicted How Global Freedom Would Perish
Secrecy is the norm in our world today, and there are, of course, two stories behind the space fence project: the official version of creating a safer world, and the more holistic version uncovered and revealed by dedicated journalists and whistleblowers.
“The degree of secrecy from official sources that we’ve learned to live with in modern society is reaching a dysfunctional level between the public state and deep state covert operations. Programs that include geoengineering, weather manipulation, and attempts to ionize our atmosphere for the purposes of surveillance do exist, although they’re completely ignored by mainstream media. The idea of an enormous space fence being built with public money but with no compelling explanation being given, leads to the possibility that there are powerful reasons for hiding it.” ~Dark Journalist
Space Fence
The Frequency Prison – How the Space Fence Will Act as a Planetary Lockdown System
In a recent interview with Dark Journalist, Freeland explains how a deluge of advanced technologies developed by the military and funded by the deep state will be brought to bear on the human race.
Her investigation looks into the covert intention to modify and invade the human body with nano-technologies designed to act as receivers for frequency information distributed by programs such as HAARP and the space fence. Nano-bots, nano-fibers, genetically modified organisms, engineered bacteria, and heavy metals, are already being delivered into the human population by geoengineering projects, vaccines, foods, water, and pharmaceuticals.
“They want those nano-bots inside our bodies. These are the little towers inside that will give complete control, not only over our body, but over our brains.
These nano-bots are wired for a wireless world and can be remotely triggered.” ~Elana Freeland
Speaking on the matter of remote mind control as achieved by a global network of electromagnetic control, she remarks:
“The key idea for the space fence is… about surveillance beyond comprehension, all the way down to the DNA. and the surveillance is not, don;t think satellites and things up in the sky, think your cell towers and the GWEN towers and the NEXRADs across the nation. And now think of the little heavy metals inside your bloodstream that are turning your entire body into – it’s always been an electric tower, our bodies are transmitters and receivers – but now, with the heavy metals in there, that are highly conductive, and living in a wireless environment with masses of waves moving through us all the time, even in remote areas, we have to think that this is part of the surveillance system. These are the little towers inside us, that will give complete control, not only over our body, but over our brains. And this is what they’re heading toward. The space fence is very much connected to transhumanism, and the so-called singularity that they believe is coming. They are working hard to transform the earth plane into something unnatural, artificial.” ~Elana Freeland
The web of technological control becomes even more complex and more encompassing when you add to this the deployment of sounding rockets delivering aluminum-oxide into the upper atmosphere, the spraying of barium in the skies, CERN, and HAARP technology. The aim is the formation of a saturnine ring around the planet, creating a tight ring of surveillance and genetic control over planet earth and the human race.
The space fence is the kind of project, shrouded in secrecy and disinfo, American taxpayers are funding with little to no explanation, no accountability, and no possible way to understand. While our economy at home is being gutted by central banks and a globalist takeover, we are being led into the shackles of the technocracy.
Foreshadowing This Dark New World
As with many of the darkest plans of the world elite, their intent is often foreshadowed by Hollywood in science fiction films. The predictive programming regarding SKYNET in the film The Terminator is a classic example.
The following clip from the 2009 movie Gamer, offers a glimpse of a system such as this. In it, the villain has delivered nano-technologies into the brains of people, which act as receivers of signals sent by himself, giving him the power to direct the actions of others.
In the following breakdown of the villain’s plan in the film Kingsman: The Secret Service, the evil capitalist, played by Samuel Jackson, has given free SIM cards to everyone on the planet, whereby he can transmit a signal causing people to unwittingly go into a violent murderous rage. The endgame here is global depopulation to rid the earth of the ‘virus,’ which is how he views human beings.
Final Thoughts
“We’re up against something very organized, very scientific, and very dangerous.” ~ Elana Freeland
The evidence of a war on consciousness being waged against the human race is substantial. Journalist Graham Hancock has outlined with great eloquence how the war on drugs attempts to restrict our access to the vast powers of our spirituality, and now this war is going digital, taking to the heavens.
Information of this nature presents with the opportunity to increase our own personal awareness and work towards the elevation of personal and collective consciousness, empowering us to both resist and survive this madness.

The Philippine Media and Its Broken Sense of Morals
July 8, 2015by Grimwald
Thank you very much Kate Natividad for another enlightening article.
I also recommend you read one of the first articles I’ve written here at GRP about homosexuality and homophobia as well as one of my more recent pieces.
Please take note that I’m not writing this article to judge or condemn anyone. If anything, I am writing this article because I think that something needs to be said and done about the current state of our media if we are to continue to have a safe and sane society. I am an avid supporter of gay rights (despite what some readers may think) and I am quite happy for my family and friends who can now live together happily in the United States. I pray that one day, the Philippines can also come to accept LGBT people as full citizens and respect their right to love who they want to love.
vice_ganda
However, I am most certainly not supportive of Vice Ganda and his alleged “humor” as it is neither appropriate for public consumption nor has really anything beneficial to offer the common Filipino. At the end of the day, most of the comedy he claims to make is just crass and offensive humor that degrades other people’s appearance or intelligence. While I can agree that this kind of humor might be acceptable in a comedy bar with a small audience, it is not something that is meant for a nationwide audience, especially when there are children who could be easily influenced by his antics.
I have LGBT friends both online and in the real-world who are quick to prevent me from saying inappropriate things when in the presence of children such as the gruesome details of the latest Human Centipede film. Should you meet my real-world gay friends, you will probably be impressed with their professionalism and sophisticated wit. They are even fiercely against Vice Ganda’s brand of comedy which they claim only degrades other people’s dignity, leading to even more hatred towards the LGBT community.
The thing is, the central theme of comedy in the Philippines has degraded to the point that disrespect and degradation of others has become “funny”. One can also note that the theme of “love” in Pinoy media has been confused with teen lust and forbidden desire. While the MTRCB continues to claim that it endeavors to promote wholesome and informative shows, the fact that Vice Ganda and his immoral sense of humor continues to gain popularity further cements the notion that the MTRCB has no real clue on how to go about its business.
I have always believed the media all too often reflects the nature of the society it informs and entertains. If all our shows are essentially about degradation, humiliation, disrespect, sordid affairs and general immorality, I can only worry about the future generation of Filipinos who are exposed to this kind of mind-numbing entertainment. How many children have I seen talking to their elders the way Vice Ganda talks to people in a way that is both degrading and humiliating.
Remember people, I’ll say it again in case you missed it or forgot about it:
Respect begets respect.

We are, what we see in the Media…this is the reality of our civilization. This is the reason the Jewish Holocaust happened in Nazi Germany. It is because the Media was used for Nazi political propaganda.
If idiots like , Vice Ganda, continues to contribute his/her “idiotic remarks” and idiotic entertainments. And, the Whore, Kris Aquino, is the “Role Model” of the young.
It is no wonder, our values are distorted. We cannot disatinguish, what is Right and what is wrong. And the Filipino youths are confused…
Garbage in; Garbage out…

The best option is for government sponsored networks that offer quality shows that are cultural, informative, reflective, relevant, educational, and significant to the Filipino people. Public Broadcasting in US is partly government & private subsidized. It is a good system to emulate. Targeting popular characters may not yield positive results. Giving choices will. What television shows can schools really refer their students to? Are there any documentary listings that are worth reviewing?? DepEd has a big role in this.

that’s what were about to do…but to attract the people we must target popular characters modify them to affect their hearts make them like true humans…has choices and have feelings too but the characters in Rizal’s Noli and El fili are already like that so lets modify or evolve it in the 21st century…and we must use them simply because..their popular…and are more familiar…if we succeed in inspiring them to make choices through those characters…then boom!!! 🙂

You have a good point, but I don’t think you’re aware Youtube has a lot of erotic/pornographic-ish videos that are technically not suited for kids. Yes it might be educational but without guidance and by the help of their curiosity, you can’t control your child from watching it accidentally. So think about it for now or take the risk in the future.

You apparently have a huge gay population and some parents really encourage their kids from a young age to pursuit their sexuality if they show signs of being gay in thinking that they might become famous like vice ganda. But they oppose gay rights based on their religious belief, what a bunch of confused hypocrites. You cannot serve two masters people. na sarado ang isipan kaya walang asenso” – Don’t take things seriously, it’s just a joke. And one posted: “YouTube is more educational and intellectually satisfying to watch than many cheap tv shows that lead you nowhere.” Yeah, talk about this famous songs, that has words not suited for children. If mali talaga yung way ni Vice Ganda sa pag’joke, eh sana sinita na sya sa simula pa lang. Sana wala na syang show gabi2x, sana di sya sikat. I’m not a fan of him, but the way you react guys, you sounded like you are very insecure close-minded people. Ika nga sa mga kanta, pag tagalog tapos nagmura, masama. Pero pag english, ayus lang? Di kayo nagrereact. Palibhasa tinagalog lang ang wikang Ingles? Gising hoy. Yung ekonomiya ang unahin nyo. Wag to. Papansin din eh noh. Hehe. Love bruh. I like to focus on your particular line: “The thing is, the central theme of comedy in the Philippines has degraded to the point that disrespect and degradation of others has become “funny”.”
Even in the past, when I was growing up, being often bullied in school, for MANY Filipinos, they use insulting jokes, disrespectful jokes and bullying jokes as a free ticket to hurt someone they hate, someone they are jealous and someone they want to put down. Those who do this find satisfaction to see the reactions of the subject of their offensive tirades. Psychologically speaking, there is a sadistic attitude in their spirits.
I have experienced this not only as a child or a teenager but even after 25th anniversary after high school graduation.

You are a typical ‘banal na aso santong kabayo’. Be humane. Treat people with utmost respect, without discrimination.
If there are some people you don’t like, just keep it to yourself, because for all you know you’re much much worse than the people you hate. You are not God, you are not perfect, you have dark secrets, that’s why you hate people who are honest and have the guts to express themselves without fear and insecurities.

It is not bitterness, tagalugin natin para maintindihan ng mga Pilipino.

“These types of comedy have been going on for a long time and not just here in the Philippines; so don’t blame them on what’s going on in this country.
Lesson #1. Subject – verb agreement. If you have a plural subject (more than 1 thing/person), then a plural verb must be used. e.g.: Flowers HAVE (not Flowers HAS).
Lesson 2. Use of articles. “THE Philippines” needs the article THE before the country name.
Actually, I usually joke around that the greatest nations in the world have an article THE in front of the country name. And the three greatest are the following:
1. THE United Kingdom
2. THE United States
3. THE Philippines
So there you have it folks. Your country is a great nation – so STOP acting like a bunch of assholes and get your act together!!!

Thing is, the Philippines is called that “THE” because it kinda refers to multiple islands. I think it’s in the name. Something like “The Islands of Philip.” I suppose it’s similar to the UK and US because their plural as the UK is four kingdoms and the US is more than 50 states.

The Solomon Islands
The United Arab Emirates
The United Kingdom
The United States of America
The Bahamas
The Netherlands
The Philippines
So it’s nothing about greatness. As I said, it’s just a joke – and just to give us some hope of becoming great someday.

we learn and gain wisdom thru COMMUNICATION. and its (communication) main objective is to relay important messages, information and ideas that needs to be conveyed may it be verbal or non verbal. Intelligent people listens, and stupid like you talks without even thinking. how dumb could you be dumb if you only idolize the messenger and overlook the message/idea. MORON.

The nonsense humorous expressions such as “edi wow”, “boom karakakak” and many others are way too mainstream and it may degrade our standard of choosing a right word to express in an appropriate manner. Sometimes, I can tell that Vice Ganda is a person with good spontaneity but a sort of critic with matching hostility that hurt our fellowmen’s integrity. Therefore I hate his enticing comedy performance about degrading others’ physical appearance and discriminating line of thinking.

We can’t do anything in our community per se but inside our home we can do a lot…
Can we stop blaming the government, it is non sense to burst out all your emotions to the government about this issue because lets admit it they will never give you even a second to address your concern, instead try to assess ourselves inside our home, are we doing our simple task yo guide the children while watching t.v.? Don’t get me wrong, i myself is guilty anout this stuff too, but what I am trying to point out is we shiuld not blame it all to the governmrnt, because we are also are partly accountable to what is happening to our society. Start with you, start with your family.

Too right, Vlad. The fact is, NONE of us can influence anybody … except ourselves. We have direct control only over our own thoughts and actions.
I’ve met so many people who have more control over their situation than they think, but they’re so focused on blaming others that they can’t (or won’t) see that they have the power to change things for themselves. Nobody else is going to do it for them.

I think the key word here is parental control. I’ve always believed the essence of culture has always been diversity and it constantly evolves whether we like it or not. All the evils in the world already existed long before, along with the rules of morals and ethics.

First of all, i may not be a fan of vice ganda but he/she is the only one trying to interact with the mass to and in some stupid way it makes people laugh and once in a while forget about their issues in life. Why cant this intellectual people, professionals as they claim stretch their hands to reach out on people and give them the solution instead of tapping their smartphones and blabbing about a person who didnt do any personally to them? Why dont they comdemn themselves for not watching over their kids and watch them and guide them while watching telly? Thats why we have rated pgs right? Isnt that use to remind us parents to look over our kids when watching telly to tell them that it isnt suit for them. All talkies. .

Vice has an upcoming show here in cebu. I have seen the posters on billboards. The poster shows vice lying on so many half naked men clad in a red sexy dress with waist high slits. In my opinion, its not really for graders and very young audiences. Thankfully it was ordered by cebu city hall to be removed as they declared it as obscene picture. When comedy bars were in a rage before, i have only visited one and never liked it. If ur seated in a front row, then ur the subject of being bullied and made fun. Now sad to say, it has gone national. Cheap laughs are plain mean at the expense of others.

Thank you for this article. I just want to emphasize here the so called refinement since it is becoming more clouded. The tone of a society is absolutely reflected on its citizens and it is sadly to note that our decency is diminishing. It is a fact that TV is a powerful medium to influence the personality and character of a person, so if the person that they are seeing or admiring are imbuing an unpleasant character, it falls down to indecent or immodest community. I am out of the country right now and I am not recommending to my family to watch his shows or even to watch TV that much since it can corrupt ones’s intimacy- in Tagalog kalooban or pagkatao.
I think it is important for him to change his style, but it will not happen overnight. Yet, this is only an opening eye for Vice Ganda, but to all the artists actually. They must realized that the reason why they are given such a wonderful talents are to influence people positively. I am hoping and humbly asking them to act with refinement.

Indeed, we are educated that is why we are acting on the way we are formed. Actually, comments on this issue is and will be always different because people have different values, experiences, environment, personality and beliefs. If the standards of people are stagnant to what is good and not aware to refined ways that is where the conflict/problem arises. For this reason we are giving comments to share what we know to achieve a sound and finesse society. We are not thinking of ourselves. Share your talents, knowledge and skills for the betterment if society.

That is why we are giving our comments to uplift the values, standard and quality of entertainment. Then why do you think people are still patronizing them? Have u ever asked urself what u can do to make ur opinions be heard? Do u think airing it out here will be enough? Point of the matter is, Vice and Kris entertain people in their own ways. We live in an imperfect world and these people share themselves to everyone. We just judge them on what we see on tv but at the end of the day, their jobs and the fact that they made people happy will be more important that people’s idea of what is right without even putting those ideas into action.

The idea that people need to be “happy” all the time is wrong. In fact, part of the reason why the Philippines cannot progress is because most Filipinos think they should forget about their problems and just have a good time. They should face realities and address the problems before they consider celebrating and having fun.

Escapism is what they are doing, they just want to laugh and be happy all the time, but with this mindset they are just settling themselves for worst when the “real” problems comes, such as money problems. I do escapism whenever i watched wally and jose, i think it last for an hour just me and my family laughing, but after that, back to being serious about planning for our different needs in life. That’s why i’m always labeled as serious as if it’s a negative attitude because i choose wisely when to have fun and when to be serious. The problem is most filipinos are overdoing escaping life.

SIX THINGS THAT HAPPEN WHEN YOU STOP EATING MEAT
kushtrim | October 22, 2016 | Health | No Comments meat
If you’re like me, and you’ve watched more food documentaries than you can count, and you know about some of the health benefits of switching to a meat-free diet, but for some reason you just aren’t quite ready to make the leap, these facts may just give you that extra push. Cutting meat out of your diet can aid in weight loss, provide a boost in energy, reduce your risk of heart disease, and more. You’ll want to check out these amazing benefits if you’re considering going plant-based:
1. You’ll Reduce Inflammation in Your Body
Meat, cheese and highly processed foods can cause a spike of inflammation in your body within hours of consumption. As a response to animal fat, our arteries are paralyzed and their ability to open is cut in half, and our lungs also become inflamed. This inflammation is an immune response to a perceived threat. Long term effects of continuous inflammation can lead to heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases and even cancer. Plant-based diets are anti-inflammatory in a natural way, because they are abundant in plant fiber and antioxidants, and significantly lower in inflammatory triggers such as saturated fat and endotoxins — toxins released from bacteria commonly found in animal products.
2. Your Blood Cholesterol Levels Will Plummet
Red meat, poultry, cheese and other animal products contain saturated fat, which is a key factor in elevating blood cholesterol levels. Elevated blood cholesterol levels dramatically increase your risk for heart disease and stroke, which have been named among the top killers in the U.S. Vegetarians have been shown to have a lower risk of dying of heart disease, and studies have shown that when people turn to plant-based diets, their blood cholesterol levels drop by 35%. Plant-based diets are also rich in fiber, which reduces blood cholesterol levels, and cutting out meat can have a positive effect on those who need cholesterol-lowering drugs.
3. Your Chance of Developing Type 2 Diabetes Will be Reduced
Research shows that following a vegetarian diet can help prevent and manage diabetes. Several studies have found that a higher intake of animal protein is associated with a long-term risk of developing diabetes. Animal fat, animal-based (heme) iron and nitrate preservatives in meat have been found to damage pancreatic cells, worsen inflammation, cause weight gain, and even impair our insulin functions — all which can increase the risk for type 2 diabetes.
4. You May Lose A Few Pounds The obesity rate in the general public is extremely high, but it is found to be much lower in vegetarians. According to a study in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, caloric intake in meat-eaters and vegetarians was similar, but meat-eaters had a much higher rate of obesity. Meat-eaters also had the lowest intake of plant proteins, beta carotene, fiber, magnesium, and the highest intake of heart disease-linked fatty acids. A vegetarian diet low in fat and rich in fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains may lead to healthy weight loss.
5. You Can Better Avoid Toxic Food Contaminants
Animal products are loaded with contaminants such as hormones, herbicides, pesticides and antibiotics, all of which can cause health problems. A high percentage of all the flesh from chickens, turkeys, cows, fish and pigs butchered every year in the U.S. is contaminated with E. Coli, listeria, campylobacter and other dangerous bacteria. Consuming contaminated meat can cause food poisoning, with symptoms ranging from stomach cramps to organ failure and even death. The CDC estimates that each year roughly 1 in 6 Americans (or 48 million people) get sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 of them die of food-borne diseases. Staying away from meat could help save you from dangerous foodborne viruses, bacteria and parasites, providing that you consume fresh, organic produce.
6. You’ll Make an Impact on the Health of Our Planet
There are many ways that switching to a plant-based diet can have a positive impact on the environment. Raising animals for food currently uses an astounding 30% of the Earth’s land mass. In the U.S., 70% of the grain grown is fed to farmed animals – food that could be given to people. Nearly 80% of land deforested in the Amazon is now used as cattle pasture, and to produce one pound of animal protein versus one pound of soy protein, it takes about 12 times as much land, 13 times as much fossil fuel, and 15 times as much water! Switching to a diet free of meat, dairy and eggs saves 50% more carbon emissions than driving a Prius. By going vegetarian, you can reduce the impact of climate change and rain forest destruction and pollution, while saving water and other natural resources. Fascinating Study Shows How Emotions Are Mapped On The Human Body

emotional body map
By Michael Forrester
Guest Writer for Wake Up World
Emotions coordinate our behavior and physiological states during survival-salient events and pleasurable interactions. Even though we are often consciously aware of our current emotional state, such as anger or happiness, the mechanisms giving rise to these subjective sensations have remained largely unresolved. Brilliant research by Finnish scientists has mapped the areas of our body that are experiencing an increase or decrease in sensory activity when we experience a particular emotion.
Depending on whether we are happy, sad or angry, we have physiological sensations that are located in different areas of the body. We overlook this reality from one day to the next (the famous “lump in the breast” generated by anxiety, the feeling of warmth that pervades our face and our cheeks particularly when we feel the shame…), and do not consciously realize how much the location of these body areas activated by our emotions and how they vary considerably depending on the nature of the emotion.
Researchers around the world are slowly integrating research on how our energetic and emotional states cause health and/or disease. How we connect emotionally to our overall wellness and wellbeing may indeed be more relevant than any supplement, food, exercise, medical intervention or health treatment.
Finnish scientists have for the first time mapped areas of the body activated according to each emotion (happiness, sadness, anger, etc). This map was compiled following a study of 700 Finnish, Swedish and Taiwanese volunteers.
They used a topographical self-report tool to reveal that different emotional states are associated with topographically distinct and culturally universal bodily sensations; these sensations could underlie conscious emotional experiences. Monitoring the topography of emotion-triggered bodily sensations brings forth a unique tool for emotion research and could even provide a biomarker for emotional disorders.
Participants were first asked to watch video sequences associated with different emotions and identify parts of their body where they felt an increase or decrease of bodily sensations.
Emotions are often felt in the body, and somatosensory feedback has been proposed to trigger conscious emotional experiences. The resulting map shows that each type of emotion activates a network of specific areas of the body, distinct from those activated by other types of emotions.
Every type of emotion carries a specific unique energy and a different vibrational frequency. All organs, tissues, membranes, glands, cells, vibrate in precise frequencies in the human body and they are all influenced by our emotions.
Different emotions were consistently associated with statistically separable bodily sensation maps across experiments. These maps were concordant across West European and East Asian samples. Statistical classifiers distinguished emotion-specific activation maps accurately, confirming independence of topographies across emotions.
emotional body map - aura - kirilian photography
The body map shows emotions such as anger are mainly active in the chest, the lower part of the face and arms, with particular intensity on the hands. On disgust, it activates the body areas which are mainly concentrated around the mouth and throat. As for love, three areas are concerned, the face, chest and lower abdomen. Finally, happiness is probably the most significant emotion that solicits our enitre body to respond, as the study shows that it generates bodily sensations in all areas, especially on the face and chest.
The body map identifies areas in which the people experienced increased sensory activity when emotion is felt, but also lists the areas that are home to a decrease in sensory activity. Thus, we learn that the emotions associated with depression have the effect of generating a feeling of decline in sensory activity in the arms and legs.
The results obtained by the research show a remarkable consistency in results, suggesting that the mechanisms underlying bodily sensations that we perceive when we experience a particular emotion are likely dictated by energetic patterns and biology rather than culture.
The researchers proposed that emotions represented in the somatosensory system are culturally universal categorical somatotopic maps. Perception of these emotion-triggered bodily changes may play a key role in generating consciously felt emotions.
This work was published December 31, 2013 in the journal Proceedings of The National Academy of Sciences under the title “Bodily maps of emotions” .

Former Miss Teen USA Katie Blair is the latest beauty pageant contestant to come to the defense of GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump. In a video obtained by TMZ, Blair, who was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2006 and Miss California USA in 2011 (Trump owned both pageants at the time), responds to claims that Donald Trump engaged in boorish behavior with pageant contestants.
"I never had a bad experience with him," Blair said of Trump. "I have great respect for him as a boss and as a business man."
Blair also responded to specific charges, including the idea that Trump one walked into a pageant dressing room unannounced.
"As far as rumors surrounding him coming into, you know, backstage and stuff like that, dressing rooms--absolutely not," Blair declared. "I never experienced that. I don't know anyone that has. If they had, it was--in my personal opinion--I can very much see that being a situation where the girls were well aware he would be coming back there."

Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) had a plan for you before you were born, and He still has a plan for you. Allah's plan for you is necessary and glorious. His plan is vital to your success and important to the world.11
Allah's plan is not set in stone, as if we were robots pre-programmed in the factory. That would strip us of free will and deny our natures. Rather, I believe that Allah has a flexible plan for each human being: a plan that allows that person to benefit the world with his/her unique talents.
This is in fact the Islamic view of al-Qadar, or predestination. There is no doubt that Allah has decreed everything that happens in the universe from the beginning of time to the end, and that Allah has written it all in al-Lawh al-Mahfooz (the Book of Decrees).📚
“Know you not that Allah knows all that is in the heaven and on the earth? Verily, it is (all) in the Book (Al‑Lawh Al‑Mahfooz). Verily, that is easy for Allah” (Qur'an, al-Hajj 22:70)📚
In Saheeh Muslim (2653) it is narrated that 'Abd-Allah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: “Allah wrote down the decrees of creation fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth.”
Everything happens by the will of Allah. Whatever He wills happens, and whatever he does not will does not happen. However, as Sheikh Muhammad Saalih Al-Munajjid explains,
Belief in al-qadar does not contradict the idea that a person has free will with regard to actions in which he has free choice. Sharee'ah and real life both indicate that people have this will.
Allah says concerning man's will (interpretation of the meaning):
“That is (without doubt) the True Day. So, whosoever wills, let him seek a place with (or a way to) His Lord (by obeying Him in this worldly life)!” [al-Naba' 78:39]📚
