Thank you for your e-mail.
As you have not received & activated the card that we sent you in late October, this card is considered undelivered. Therefore, you have an option to order the new card by yourself, through your online account.
To order a replacement card, please log in to your Payoneer Account and follow these steps:
1. Select the prepaid card ****6919 which you haven't received yet from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
2. Click the Haven’t received your card yet? click here link.
3. Enter your updated address details and click the Order button.
4. Confirm your security details by entering your date of birth and password.
5. You will get a confirmation message that your new card is being processed, and can view the new card in the prepaid card drop-down menu.
